  FEBRUARY 28, 2006 – NAIROBI KENYA

On February 28th, 2006 Z ITSP Development Limited (“Z ITSP”) announces it has signed an agreement with a licensed telecommunication service provider in Kenya (“LTS”) to establish a venture targeting broadband telephony customers. This venture will provide LTS with the tools to initiate a quick launch to its broadband telephony business offering local, long distance and international calls, peer to peer, voicemail, conference calls, caller ID, prepaid-cards and other features desired by residents and corporate customers including Direct Inward Dial (“DID”) service in and outside of Kenya. The required business transactions have been completed for a planed launch April First 2006. Subsequently Z ITSP has contracted Ocean Technology Solutions Ltd (“OTS”) to integrate the Z ITSP’s broadband telephony Solution (“BTS”). For the training program and operating assistance Z ITSP will make use of its business representative in Kenya located in Nairobi. We are very pleased from this venture and look forward to empowering LTS to develop a growing group of satisfied customers for broadband telephony services in the Republic of Kenya.

  DECEMBER 20, 2005

On December 20, 2005 Z ITSP Development Limited (“Z ITSP”) announces that it has increased its cooperation with one of its Marketing Partners in Nairobi Kenya which is one of the leading internet service providers in this area. Our objective through this expansion is to establish additional broad band partnerships with internet service providers call shop owners and prepaid card distributors across Africa. Z ITSP empowered by Ocean Technology Solutions Ltd has developed an efficient turn key broadband Solution that provides ISPs with a quick launch to the telephony business offering local, long distance and international calls, voicemail, conference calls, caller ID, prepaid-cards and other features desired by residents and corporate customers. Now a showroom in Nairobi is available where potential partners can visit to learn more about this business opportunity. We are very pleased from the amount of pilots subsequently and looking forward to materializing a significant amount of ventures in Africa during 2006.

  DECEMBER 01, 2004

On December 01, 2004, Z ITSP Development Limited (“Z ITSP”) announces a successful pilot with a well-established marketing company to promote Z ITSP’s services and products in East Africa through a local ISP’s in Kenya, Tanzania, Cameron, Uganda and Zimbabwe. These ISP’s will use Z ITSP’s online management system to offer internet and voice converged packages to their customers. Customers will consume voice services through the Z ITSP Network that is located out of Africa with the Z Connect and the Z Gateway. During Q -1 2005, Z ITSP is scheduled to implement management systems and training programs to each ISP apart. Subsequent to this activity, Z ITSP expects to reach 5000 customers before December 31, 2005. Relying on current statistical information, we estimate US $20 monthly revenues per account resulting in US $100,000 monthly revenues from this activity.
